Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

what you need
  • 16 oz. ground sausage
  • 24 oz. frozen potato rounds
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
make it
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook sausage and drain. Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Lay potatoes in bottom of pan.

Beat eggs and add soup and milk, mix well. Stir in sausage and mushrooms. Pour mixture over potatoes.

Bake 50 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.
