Easy Salmon Loaf

what you need
  • 2 cups pink or red salmon, boned and flaked
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup liquid from salmon and milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dehydrated onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
make it
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and set aside. Blend salmon and egg then stir in remaining ingredients.

Spoon lightly into greased pan. Pat into shape.

Bake 45 minutes until top is golden brown and crisp.
Serve with lemon wedges.
