Liz & Angie's White Chicken Chili

what you need
  • 5 cups rotisserie chicken, cooked
  • 3 cans (15 oz. each) great northern beans, drained
  • 1 box (32 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) mild salsa
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • Optional: Kraft Cheddar Cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, sour cream
make it
Add to crock-pot: chicken, beans, broth, salsa, cheese, and cumin.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Simmer 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
You may garnish with cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeno peppers, and/or sour cream.
