Tuna and Chickpea Salad with Pesto

what you need
  • 2 cans (15.5 ounce each) chickpea, roughly drained
  • 1 jar (12 ounce) roasted red peppers, drained, thinly sliced
  • 24 black olives, pitted, roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, drained
  • 5 Tbsp. store-bought pesto
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 sprigs fresh basil for garnish (optional)
make it
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

Garnish with basil (if using).
