Pursue Your Passion Salmon Patties

what you need
  • 2 cans (14.75 oz. each) Alaska sockeye salmon with juice
  • l envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
  • Juice l lemon
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup corned flake crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil (to cook)
  • White sauce:
  • 1 cup Kraft Real Mayo
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar or jack cheese
make it
Mix ingredients together well and form 6 large patties.

Cook patties in olive oil over med heat 20 min per side until golden and crispy.

White sauce: Stir until melted and slight bubble.
Elegant for company...easy enough for week night. My fiancé loves the salmon any night of the week!

Serve long romaine leaves filled with sliced cucumber/radishes/lemon slices and pass the white sauce!

Serve with steamed asparagus.
