Red Pepper - Artichoke Pizza

what you need
  • 1 can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red bell peppers, drained & coarsely chopped
  • 1 jar (6-7 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 c.)
  • 3 medium green onions, sliced (3 Tbsp.)
make it
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet. Pat pizza dough into 13 x 11-inch rectangle on cookie sheet. Bake about 5 min or until crust just starts to brown.

2. Mix milk, garlic power, basil and cream cheese. Spread on partially baked crust. Top with bell peppers, artichoke hearts, tomato and onions.

3. Bake about 10 min or until vegetables are heated through and edges of crust are golden brown.
