Pumpkin Crunch Cake (Better Than Pumpkin Pie!)

what you need
  • 1 can (16 oz.) solid pumpkin pack
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. French vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • Whipped topping
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 13x9in pan. Combine first 6 ingredients together in large bowl.

Pour batter in cake pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake 50-55 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
