what you need
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 pinch coarse black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Sandwich Shop Garlic & Herb Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce for chicken
  • 1 1/4 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
  • 4 onion or whole grain buns
  • 1 sliced beefsteak tomato
  • 1 sliced sweet onion
  • 2 Claussen Whole Kosher Dill Pickles, thinly sliced
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Additional Kraft Sandwich Shop Garlic & Herb Mayo or other mayo for buns if desired

In a large bowl whisk together the first eight ingredients. Incorporate turkey using your hands, until just mixed.

Form into 4 burgers.

Cook in a heated indoor grill for 5-6 minutes. Serve on lightly toasted onion buns with tomatoes, onion, sliced pickle, lettuce and additional mayo if desired.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and frozen between sheets of parchment paper until ready to grill, just add 1-2 minutes to grilling time.
