Capsicum (Green bell pepper) with Potato

what you need
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1 medium potato
  • 2 big capsicums (green bell pepper)
  • 1/4 tomato
  • Lemon extract (optional)
make it
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and onion to it. Stir until golden brown.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder (if you can, if not that should be ok), salt (as per your taste), and potatoes. Cover to cook for 5 minutes.

Then add chopped capsicum and tomatoes let it cook till potatoes totally cooked. You can add few drops of lemon extract before turning off stove.
