Cucumber Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

what you need
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 6 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Garlic salt
make it
Chop the cucumber, mozzarella and tomatoes into bit size pieces and put into large bowl.

Chop the fresh basil leaves and add to the bowl along with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Add garlic salt, to your taste and mix well. Serve!
This usually needs a pretty good amount of garlic salt.

This is also good without the fresh basil.
