Slow-Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

what you need
  • 1 package (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 blocks (10 oz. each) sharp cheddar cheese, grated and divided (about 5 cups total)
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • Paprika
make it
Combine macaroni, 4.5 cups cheese and next 6 ingredients in a lightly greased 4-qt crock-pot.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.

Cook on low for 3 to 3.5 hours. Stir mixture, serve immediately.
