Veggie Cream Cheese Tuna Cakes

what you need
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. veggie cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. hot banana pepper pieces
  • 1/2 diced onions
  • 1 small can tuna (or salmon)
make it
Process eggs, veggie cream, hot banana pepper pieces, onion mix in medium size bowl.

Pour mix into warm skillet, let mix cook to soft/med texture.

Then add tuna and onion top of mix parallel to half of pan. Wrap medium cooked mix over top tuna. Let cook for 5 minutes. Cut down middle, use spatula to proportion cakes, oblong shaped for Veggie Cream Cheese Tuna Cakes.
Notes
Cornmeal is optional.

Tuna/salmon cake mix will hold together if temperature is set on low. Cheese will not stick to pan if temp is set on low.

Best results is not to add to much tuna per eggs used ...
