Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

- 2 jars Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter, divided
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 package chocolate almond bark
make it
Mix marshmallow creme, 2 cups peanut butter, and cereal together. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Meanwhile melt almond bark and 1 cup peanut butter in a double boiler.
Form the cereal mixture into 1 inch balls and dip into the melted chocolate/peanut butter to coat. Place on wax paper to cool.

A friend shared this recipe with me a few years ago and it has been a big hit with family and friends. These bon-bons are so good they just seem to melt in your mouth.
I love that the almond bark doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients, instead just adds the touch of chocolate to balance the peanut butter and marshmallow creme.
