Pancake "Shakes"

what you need
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup flour

You will need a blender for this recipe.

First pour your cup of milk and egg into blender and blend them. While keeping on the blender you add your oil, sugar, salt, and baking powder to the blender in that order. After everything is mixed in, add the cup of flour in 1/4 to the mix slowly.

Pour batter onto hot greased grill (only grease with the first pancake), wait for bubbles to appear in the batter flip and cook for 1-2 minutes longer. Then serve.
Notes
The batter of the pancakes are a little thinner than most but it will turn out fine. Always test one to see if the batter mix is right. If too thick add 2 Tbsp. of milk till right consistence. Add 2 Tbsp. of flour if it's a little too thin.
