Raspberry Salmon

what you need
  • 1 salmon
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette
  • 3 Tbsp. raspberry Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Mustard
make it
Marinate salmon in vinaigrette for 30 min in 9x13 baking dish.

Mix jam & mustard together. Set aside.

Bake 20 to 25 min. The last 10 min add your jam mustard mixture. Let set about 5 min. before slicing. ENJOY.
Scalloped potatoes and a salad go great with this fish.
