Mama Robbins Breakfast Pizza

what you need
  • 2 bx. Jiffy pizza mix (according to directions)
  • Butter
  • 1-2 lb. shredded cheese
  • 1 large bag hash browns, nice and crispy
  • Cooked bacon, maple sausage, ham together
  • 6 eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt & pepper
make it
Push pizza dough into large baking sheet. Dab butter onto bottom crust to keep soft.

Layer: cheese, crispy potatoes, meat, then keep layering. When done layering, top should be layered with shredded cheese. Mix eggs and milk and pour over entire mixture. Salt lightly and add pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Let set for 5 minutes and serve hot. Cut into large squares.
Notes
It is very filling. Can be reheated.
