A.1. Meatloaf

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup A.1. Steak Sauce, divided
  • 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup French's French fried onions
  • 2-3 shredded potatoes (2 if large, 3 if smaller)
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of the A.1. (reserving other 1/4 cup for topping the meatloaf), teriyaki, Worcestershire, cheddar, onions, and shredded potatoes in large mixing bowl.

Once combined, shape into meatloaf and place in baking dish. Place remaining A.1. on top of meatloaf.

Bake 30-45 minutes. Serve with veggies and enjoy!
Notes
The shredded potatoes add a great texture and moisture to the meatloaf! I came up with this trying to use ingredients in my kitchen that would spoil over a holiday vacation if not used!
