what you need
  • 1/2 cup all natural nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. all natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup banana, frozen and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
make it
Put all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth.
