Makes: 4 servings, 1 piece each Total Time: 1 hr 10 min
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Chicken & Turkey Entrees

what you need
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons Old Bay
  • 4 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 4 tablespoons season salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 - 5 cups cooking oil
  • 2 - 3 eggs
  • 4 pieces chicken (boneless skinless breasts, or legs and thighs)
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and mix all of your spices with the flour until well mixed. Heat the oil.

Dip chicken into the eggs then dip into flour and spice mixture. Fry until golden brown.

Bake in an ungreased pan for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cook time may change due to size of chicken.
Serve with your favorite side dishes. I usually make rice and Velveeta Shells and Cheese. It is kinda quick and easy. I just dump so this is estimated amounts of spices so you might have to change it a little. My guys love it and hopefully you do to!!
