what you need
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 box fat free instant pudding
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 prepared angel food cake
make it
Drain all juice out of crushed pineapple. Make pudding as directed.
Mix pineapple, pudding, and Cool Whip together in a bowl.
Take angel food cake and cut in 3 layers. Take Cool Whip mixture and put in between layers and on top of cake. Refrigerate.
Notes
Although the cake is good right after fixing, it is better the next day after ingredients have soaked in.
This is low fat recipe and very good.
You could add fruit pie filling if you want (I used cherry and it was very good).
