Antipasto Salad

what you need
  • 1/2 pound prosciutto or Italian salami
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 30 large black pitted olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 pound Kraft Provolone Cheese
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
make it
1. Dice the prosciutto or salami. Dice the broccoli, and tomatoes, and halve the olives.

2. Mix entire combination together.

3. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over a bed of lettuce for each serving.
For Italian Style Antipasto, substitute oil and vinegar for mayonnaise. Otherwise, preparation instructions are the same.
