Apple Cider Ribs

what you need
  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1/2 gallon apple cider
  • 6 cups brown sugar
make it
Cut ribs in to serving size (4 to 5 ribs) poke holes with fork.

Place ribs in gallon size locking freezable bag, add apple cider until covered.
Refrigerate for 24 hour, turning occasionally.

Bed a 1/2 cup brown sugar on foil, stack 2 serving of ribs on bed, then wrap. Place in to baking pan.

Bake for 2 hours at about 350 degrees F - turning ribs every hour.
Notes
Rinse ribs before place in bag. Do not rinse after marinating.

I asked him what he wanted for dinner when he came back and he wanted ribs. I have never made ribs before so, I found this receipe and made it, and it was AMAZING, I think we each ate half a rack!! The meat fell right off the bone! He was quite impressed with the ribs thanks to this recipe! Thank you for sharing, I will defiantely make this again
