what you need
  • Calorie Reduced Pastry (2 crust)
  • 2 1/2 cups unsifted all purpose flour
  • 2 Tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup lite margarine
  • 6 tablespoons ice water
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (6-ounce) can frozen unsweetened apple juice
  • 6 cups peeled, sliced apples
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
make it
Prepare pastry and divide dough in half. Press dough in a pie pan.

Mix cornstarch and apple juice in sauce pan. Cook, stirring until clear. Stir in apples and cinnamon. Pour into pastry, add top crust.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
