what you need
- Sauce
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 lemon, juice of (about 2 Tbsp.)
- 2 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (more or less for spicy taste)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper

Make sauce by combining all ingredients in a medium saucepan over med/low heat, covered.
Stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil, then simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Watch sauce closely to make sure it doesn't boil over.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub each fillet with olive oil. Add a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Grill salmon until fish is flaky. Serve with a side cup of the honey sauce or pour directly onto the fillet.

Use your leftover sauce for next nights chicken, turkey, burgers, vegetables, ANYTHING!
