Artichoke Chicken

what you need
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves or a dash of garlic powder
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Place chicken in pan. Combine parmesan cheese, mayo, artichoke hearts and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Spread mixture on top of chicken.

Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Notes
The artichoke mixture also makes a great dip. Just omit chicken and bake approx. 15-20 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
