Asian Fish and Rice

what you need
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 frozen tilapia filets
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing & Marinade to taste
make it
Prepare rice on the stovetop according to package directions.

Steam the tilapia filets in a large Ziploc steamer bag for 6 minutes.

Either steam or cook the vegetables on the stovetop according to directions.

When the fish is cooked, flake it and add it along with the vegetables to the rice. Add the Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing & marinade to taste. Enjoy!
This is kid tested and approved! It is a great way for me to get my 2 children to eat fish other than in a stick form. They also get a dose of vegetables and they love the Asian flair the dressing adds! Plus it is quick and easy for a weeknight dinner.
