what you need
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) turkey sausage or reduced fat pork sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (low fat)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup powder biscuit mix
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
make it
1. Brown sausage and drain.

2. Arrange cheese and sausage into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.

3. In separate bowl, beat milk, eggs, biscuit mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour mixture over cheese and sausage.

4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes
Optional add-ins: onions, peppers. Cook until soft in skillet with sausage.

Egg yolks can be reduced or omitted.
