Bacon Ranch Macaroni Salad

what you need
  • 1 box elbow macaroni
  • 1 bag (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag (3 oz.) Oscar Mayer Ready To Serve - Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (powder)
  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft Mayonnaise
make it
Cook the elbow macaroni until al dente (just a little chewy), drain the macaroni and immediately place in ice water.

Once macaroni is "really" cold, drain and put in large bowl. Add the remaining ingredient and mix well.

Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours. Then serve!
Notes
My kids do not like the traditional mayo based salads with the onion, celery and eggs so I came up with this one and it is a huge hit at my house!

After you refrigerate, you may need to add a little more mayo becuase the macaroni absorbs the mayo really quickly! Enjoy!
