what you need
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz. sour cream (or substitute half with onion dip)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
make it
Roll out pie crust to fit a 12-in pizza pan. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over pie crust.
Mix eggs, sour cream and parsley until smooth. Pour over cheese and bacon.
Bake for 20 –25 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
