Banana Malted Milk Shake

what you need
  • 2 cups nonfat chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons malted milk powder
make it
Put measured ingredients in blender and mix on high until smooth.

Pour into chilled glass, garnish with banana slice, and serve.
