Banana Nut Bread/Healthy Delicious

what you need
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar (I use a little less)
  • 1 (4 oz.) cup apple sauce with cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Craisins
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray loaf pan. Mash bananas and add eggs-beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour.
Serve warm or cold. Delicious and healthy. Enjoy!!!
