Banana Nut Waffles

what you need
  • 1 cup dry waffle mix
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3/4 cup fat free milk
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • *1 Tbsp. oil (if desired, not necessary)
  • 1/2 tub Cool Whip (if desired)
  • Sugar free syrup
make it
1. Preheat waffle iron. Combine waffle mix, egg, milk, mashed bananas, pecans, and *oil. Stir for 1 minute, or until batter is thick and smooth.

2. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of waffle mix onto iron, and cook for 30-45 seconds.

3. Spoon Cool Whip and syrup onto waffles. Serve immediately.
