what you need
  • 1 small bananas or half of a large banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened canned peaches, drained
  • 1 cup fat-free soy milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
make it
Blend ingredients until they are smooth.
If you dont like soy milk, you can substitute it with whole or fat-free milk.
