Banana Pie (Light)

what you need
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Light Pudding
  • 2 cups 1% or skim milk
  • 1 tsp. banana extract
  • 1 banana
  • 1 graham wafer pie crust
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
make it
Prepare pudding as directed on package, add banana extract.

Slice banana and place onto graham pie crust. Pour 1/2 pudding mixture onto pie crust.

Fold 1 cup of Cool Whip into remainder of pudding mixture and pour over mixture that is in the pie shell.

Refrigerate. Slice and serve topped with Cool Whip.
This recipe is so easy and tastes great. It is low in calories too.
