Banana Pineapple Bread

what you need
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas, crushed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapples
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
make it
Cream shortening with the olive oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs 1 at a time.

Add crushed bananas, crushed pineapples and if desired nuts. Add flour with soda, salt and cinnamon.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 50-60 minutes.
Notes
You will need Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Shortening,
Olive Oil, Eggs, Crushed Bananas and Crushed Pineapples. 1 (9 x 13-inch loaf pan).

The pineapple makes it more moist and gives a real good flavor, but you don't have to put them in.
