Makes: 4 servings Total Time: 50 min

what you need
  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breast, unthawed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cups finely crushed bbq chips, the spicier the better
  • 2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper, grounded
make it
Preheat your oven to 350. Rinse and dry chicken. In a medium bowl (large enough to fit your chicken flat in) put your ranch dressing in it. In a separate plate put your crushed BBQ chips on it.

Dip your chicken in the ranch dressing so it’s well coated. Then cover it with BBQ chips. Then lay them in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on the top of them lightly.

Cook on 350 for 30 minutes or 45 depending on how thick and big your chicken breasts are. Bake until done.
you can change the chicken for bonless skinless pork as well, or you can use chopped pork steaks, or even chicken with a bone, or pork with a bone. but i prefer bonless, it cooks quicker. it doesent take long to prepare just cook until done it depends on the size and thickness of your meat.
