BBQ Ranch Potato Salad

Makes: 6-8 (1 cup) servings Total Time: 1 hr

what you need
  • 5 lb. new or red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft Ranch Dressing
  • 3/4 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 to 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or chives for garnish
make it
Boil potatoes until fork inserts easily. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir well.

In large bowl, cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes (skins can be removed or leave on). Pour mixture of ingredients over potatoes and stir. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Before serving, garnish with cilantro or chives.
