what you need
  • 1 lb. ground chicken or turkey
  • 6 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 egg
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Celery salt
  • Seasoning salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
make it
Mix ingredients as they appear in list (except soup).

Form meat into balls and cover with wax paper in microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 5 minutes.

Place into crock-pot with Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer for several hours. Serve over wide egg noodles, Minute Rice, hot dog rolls or small sub-rolls.
Notes
Can also be used with spaghetti sauce for delicious spaghetti and meatballs.
