Best-Ever and Easy Coconut Cake

what you need
  • 1 (2-layer) pkg. white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can (12-ounce) evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 pkg. (14-ounce) coconut, divided
make it
Prepare & bake cake mix using package directions for 9x13-inch cake pan, substituting 3 eggs for 2.

Pierce hot cake with fork. Pour evaporated milk over cake. Cool in pan.

Mix whipped topping & half the coconut in bowl. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill until serving time.
