Black Bean Ultimate Queso

what you need
  • 2 medium avocados, cubed or sliced
  • 2 cups chunky salsa (adjust heat level to taste)
  • 1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen's sour cream
  • 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cubed

Combine avocado, salsa, sour cream and black beans in a large crock-pot or stove pot.

Heat until bubbling, stirring frequently.

Slowly stir in Velveeta cubes until mixture is fully melted. Level of spiciness will increase the longer the dip is heated.
Can also be made in large microwave-safe bowl: combine all ingredients and heat, stirring at 1-minute intervals until cheese is fully melted.
