Blackened Chicken Penne Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

what you need
  • 1 tsp. oil, canola / olive blend
  • 2 oz. bell peppers, red, green, julienne
  • 2 oz. onions, yellow, julienne
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 5 oz. chicken, grill blackened, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 6 oz. heavy cream
  • 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked
  • 4 oz. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • To taste salt and pepper
make it
Sauté bell peppers, onions, and garlic in hot oil.

Add chicken, Cajun spice, heavy cream, and pasta.

Reduce cream by half. Add gorgonzola. Season with salt and pepper.
