Bombay Dinner

what you need
  • 4 - 5 lb. chicken, stewed in gravy
  • Curry powder
  • A few carrots, sliced in 1/2
  • 3 large cans Chinese noodles
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 1 large box rice, already cooked
  • 2 bunches of celery, chopped
  • 6 to 8 thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 3 - 4 large cans pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 1 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 large package coconut toasted
make it
Chicken is stewed in gravy and add in a little curry powder and a few sliced carrots sliced in 1/2. When carrots are soft remove and take chicken from stove.

All items are placed in an individual container, buffet style and beginning in the order given in the recipe.

Works great for a large group.
