what you need
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 3 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 can (12 oz.) chicken gumbo soup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup
- Hamburger buns
make it
Brown the ground beef with minced onions and garlic salt. Drain fat if desired.
Add gumbo soup, mustard, and ketchup. Bring to boil.
Cover and reduce heat to med/low to low to simmer. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
Something to think about is to season to your liking. I usually add more mustard and ketchup. Also you can add a little water to make the consistency a little better. Also you can toast the buns and add anything you like to them. I also put cheese on the Sloppy Joes.
