what you need
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded frozen hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
make it
1. Grease a 9x13 glass pan
2. Brown sausage and drain well.
3. Cover bottom of greased pan with crescent rolls.
4. Layer browned, drained, and crumbled sausage over rolls.
5. Layer hash browns over sausage.
6. Layer cheese over hash browns.
7. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well blended.
8. Pour over cheese.
9. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 min or until cheese is browned.
