what you need
- 4 cups rotini pasta, cooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 2 cups summer sausage, diced
- 1 & 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese crumbles or cubes
- 2 cans (2 & 1/4 oz.) sliced olives
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 cup roasted red pepper Italian with parmesan salad dressing

Cook pasta 10-15 minutes or until done; drain. Cook broccoli 5-7 minutes or until tender.
Peel cucumber & dice, halve tomatoes, pit & dice avocados, dice summer sausage, cube the cheese if crumbles can't be found.
In a large bowl combine pasta, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, salami & cheese. Toss to combine.
In a small bowl combine Miracle Whip & salad dressing; whisk together to combine. Pour over salad, toss to combine everything. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours; then serve.
Notes
Serve with your choice of chicken, steaks or burgers.
