Bridgette's Spaghetti Salad

what you need
  • 1 box (14 oz.) bucatini rigati, cooked and drained
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 or 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 1 jar black olives, whole or sliced, drained
  • 1 jar peppercini peppers, drained and stems removed
  • 1 small bag fresh spinach leaves, torn
  • 1 can whole button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 stick pepperoni, sliced thick
  • 1/4 lb. salami, sliced thick and cut into strips
  • 1/4 lb. Prosciutto, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes
  • 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese cubes
  • 1 bottle (16 oz.) Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 3 Tbsp. basil pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste
make it
After pasta has drained and cooled, toss all ingredients together with the pasta.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend.

Notes
You can switch up any meats, cheeses, or veggies you want it is very versatile, so just go with what ever you have on hand. I gaurantee it will be just as delicious.
