Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

what you need
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 8-10 Ritz Crackers
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Cheese
make it
In small saucepan, boil broccoli until tender. Drain broccoli & put into an 8" round cake pan. Add butter or margarine & stir.

Crush crackers & sprinkle over top. Slice VELVEETA cheese & place slices on top, covering all of the broccoli.

Put in 350 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes & stir. Continue baking until all the cheese is melted & it is creamy.
You can add or reduce the amounts of cheese, butter & crackers to make it thicker or creamier. ENJOY!
