Boil cut potatoes in stock pot. In the meantime, add sausage and onion to skillet, cook together.
After potatoes are cooked, add cheddar cheese soup and Cheez Whiz to stock. Add sausage and onion to stock pot. Add broccoli to stock pot.
Meanwhile, add vegetable oil to skillet and let get hot. Add four and stir to form a paste. Stir paste into stock until thick enough for your taste. Let stock simmer.
Notes
This is an easy way to bring the great taste of broccoli, cheese, and sausage to the table on a brisk winter or fall evening. I always serve with a salad and fresh rolls. Add a cup of tea, and some peanut butter cookies for dessert and you have a wonderful meal. Enjoy!
