Broiled Tomatoes with Cheddar and Herbs

what you need
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced in 1/2 inch thick slices
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil
make it
Preheat broiler. Slice tomatoes into 1/2 thick slices, and top with cheese. Sprinkle with oregano, a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and broil until cheese is lightly browned and melted. ENJOY!
