Brooke's Savory Breakfast Pizza

what you need
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
  • 4 cups Kraft Shredded Pizza! Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese, divided
  • 1 package bacon, diced, fried and drained
  • 1 dozen eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. dried minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 package Canadian bacon, thick sliced, diced
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll pizza dough out on a non-greased cookie sheet. Spread the cream cheese over the pizza dough. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the cheese (2 cups) blend.

Fry bacon over medium-high heat until cooked through. Set aside. Discard all bacon grease except 1 Tbsp. Leave in skillet.

Beat eggs with the minced onion, dill, salt and pepper until well blended. Cook eggs until done, but not too dry. Once done, "sprinkle" scrambled eggs onto pizza dough. Then sprinkle with remaining ingredients; bacon, Canadian bacon, mushrooms and remaining 2 cups of cheese blend.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until all the cheese is melted and the pizza dough is done.
I made this amazingly flavorful breakfast pizza on a whim one night for dinner. I used tater tots as a side instead of hash browns. My whole family raved about it and I can't wait to make it again!
